About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for abandoned vehicle removal services at Andersen Air Force Base (AFB) on Guam. The contractor will provide complete wrecker and towing services to remove abandoned vehicles and associated parts as identified by the 36 Security Forces Squadron (SFS), transporting them from the base (primarily at the North gate) to the contractor's off-base storage location. The SOW includes detailed security requirements, such as obtaining proper identification, complying with base traffic regulations, prohibiting weapons on base, and following physical security protocols. Contractors must complete an AF Form 2586 and have a favorable NACI investigation to receive restricted area badges. The contractor will be liable for any damages resulting from carelessness or failure to follow safety procedures. The government will provide emergency medical transportation if required, with the contractor responsible for reimbursing associated costs. The solicitation (FA524025Q0038) is currently in the pre-solicitation stage under the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces.
