Question

Can I get access to METRO’s LMS training or a course overview to ensure alignment with the hands-on training and avoid contradictions?

Answer 1 Yes. Once the vendor is chosen, a summary of the relevant LMS content will be provided to ensure consistency with the onsite training.

Q2 Are there any known space limitations, noise restrictions, or other factors that might affect training delivery?

A2 Possibly. We can arrange the use of a conference room or designated area if needed. Not all facilities offer the same type of rooms. Once hands-on training and assessments begin, activities may occur outdoors and could be affected by operational noise.

Q3 Will a site walk, or orientation be provided prior to starting training at each location?

A3 Yes, upon request.

Q4 Is there a separate curriculum required for the Train-the-Trainer sessions?

A4 Maybe, this depends on the vendor’s recommendation. In previous cases, train-the-trainer candidates first attended a regular session, followed by a specialized session focused on instruction delivery.

Q5 Will sessions be delivered in English only, or should bilingual (English/Spanish instruction be offered?

A5 The sessions will be delivered in English only.

Q6 Can we review the LMS content beforehand to align it with the onsite training? Can we use our own PowerPoint materials.

Q7 Will all training equipment and PPE be provided by METRO?

A7 Yes, each facility will provide at least one model of the required equipment used in daily operations. The details will be shared in advance once the vendor selected.

Q8 Are there specific reporting or documentation formats required by METRO?

A8

Yes, the following are required:

• A hard copy of any instructional content shared during training

• A sign-in sheet with the vendor’s logo, listing employee names, ID numbers, facility, date, and time These documents must be emailed to METRO personnel.
