About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service Region 10 for design-build construction services to replace electrical generators at the Dalton Cache Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Haines, Alaska and the Fairbanks Federal Building in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The notice describes the two facilities and the specific requirements for each project, which includes replacing generators, associated electrical equipment, and infrastructure. The Dalton Cache LPOE project has an estimated period of performance of 17 months, while the Fairbanks Federal Building project has an estimated 12 months. The applicable NAICS code is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a $22 million small business size standard. GSA intends to set aside this potential acquisition for small business concerns and will use a best value selection process considering both price and non-price factors. Responses to this Sources Sought notice are due by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on May 8, 2024, and a pre-solicitation notice will be posted on SAM.gov on approximately May 23, 2024.
