About this file

This document is a Specification file for Fulton County Schools (FCS) seeking a qualified contractor to provide a Hypochlorous Acid On-site Generator System. The project requires vendors to supply and install on-site generators capable of producing six distinct cleaning and disinfecting products for daily use. The system must generate solutions using water, salt, and electricity, with storage capacity in ten-gallon holding tanks. The required products include a Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) disinfectant at 500 ppm concentration with a neutral pH, meeting EPA standards, and a Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) cleaner/degreaser with a pH of 12.

The system specifications detail production rates of 12 gallons per hour for HOCl disinfectant and 4 gallons per hour for NaOH cleaner/degreaser. Both products must be capable of on-demand dilution and meet Green Seal Certification requirements (GS-53 for disinfectant and GS-37 for cleaner/degreaser). The system is designed to create ready-to-use tuberculocidal strength disinfectant and zero-residue cleaning solutions that can be used for various cleaning purposes, including multi-purpose cleaning and specialized surface cleaning for glass, chrome, and stainless steel surfaces.
