Questions and Answers during Advertisement for CA FTFW MERC 915(1), TRAIL(1), Parking Area & Trails

November 14, 2019

Questions Answers 1 The contract includes 1,300 ft of split rail fence, but there is no detail for the fencing or material on the plans. The SCRs do not include any information on the fence and the FP 14 is too vague to adequately bid and install. Could you provide a detail or additional information on what is required on the split rail fence.

See Amendment A001

2 There are many different companies that make water control gates. There is a detail on the water control gate but no material spec on what the government or refuge would prefer to be installed. Perhaps they would like one similar to the existing control gates on the refuge to be installed? Do you have a preference on water control gates to be used on the project?

See Amendment A001
