Question 1:
In the referenced Tender, in item 7 of the Selection Criteria (7) Distribution of the firm's facilities and the ability to deliver projects in the CFLHD 14-State jurisdiction. Identify office location(s) of firm and subconsultants and the distribution of capabilities, services, and staff within each facility location.
We recognize that Colorado, Lakewood area is the CFL primary office. How important does CFL Lakewood view the need for the Prime Contract holders to have an office in the near proximity of the CFL Lakewood Office, given that CFL Project Managers for the most part are located in Lakewood?
Answer: Please review the evaluation criteria, they are in the order of precedence.
Question 2:
The RFQ limits page sizes to 8.5 by 11. We are asking if this can be amended to include no more than two 11 by 17 pages that must be back to back for Charts and Project Organizational representations.
Answer: Please submit as requested. This has historically been successful in our previous RFQs for our Full-Service IDIQs.
Question 3 (Date: 1/17/2018) The FBO notice lists this opportunity as a Pre-solicitation, can you confirm this is an OPEN solicitation with a due date of January 31, 2019.
Answer: This is an OPEN SOLICITION, qualifications are due January 31, 2019. The Pre-solicitation was modified to create the Solicitation and it was not possible to change the Notice type. Please refer to the Description section stating that this is a Request for Qualification.
