The FAA is investigating potential sources capable of completing the project within an estimated cost range of $1.5-2.5 Million, targeting a single prime contractor using a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The project falls under NAICS code 236220 (Building Construction) and requires interested vendors to submit comprehensive qualification information by 5:00 PM ET on 7/7/25, including company details, business size status, relevant demolition experience at critical facilities, bonding levels, and a completed Business Declaration form.

Key submission requirements include demonstrating demolition experience of at least $500,000 at critical facilities within the past 10 years, providing current business information, and having an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Vendors must email their response to Robert Higgins at robert.higgins@faa.gov, with all responses limited to 10 pages of company letterhead.
