Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect .

Q. Are CPARS acceptable in lieu of PPQ’s?

A. Please use the Past Performance Survey included with the RFO.

Q. Are we to have all of our subs picked that we intend to use for phase one without pricing? If we submit subs on phase one are we allowed to use alternates based on competitive pricing for phase 2?

A. Only the electrical and mechanical subs are required for Phase 1. You may substitute subs during Phase 2. However any proposed electrical or mechanical sub will have to be evaluated and must be as qualified or better as the sub being replaced.

Q. For past performance is it allowed to use previous projects from project executives that were done with previous company if we can obtain a PPQ or CPAR to verify?

A. Yes

Q. In Criterion #4-a please confirm that the only required onsite key personnel is the superintendent?

A. It is also expected there will be onsite Quality Control inspector/superintendent. This may be the same person as the project superintendant.
