QUESTIONS

1. In the summary of work 01 10 00-2 Section 1.4 Project Description states: Construct two 14.5’ x

14.5’ x 4.5’ concrete foundations. The drawings UBS-1602357-S001 requires two 12.5’ x 12.5’ x

4.5’ concrete foundations. Which is the correct dimension?

Use the 12.5’ x 12.5’ x 4.5’ concrete foundation from the drawings.

2. When will drawings of the new towers from Sky-Tower of Montrose be available? In time for bidding purposes? Or after contract award? Or never?

The tower drawings will be available after contract award.

3. Drawing UBS-1602357-C002 calls out GFM 48” x 36” x 12” Junction box and states with 5’-0” x

5’-0” x 6” concrete pad. Drawing UBS-1602357-E003 appears to show this junction box mounting to the building. We need clarification as to whether or not it mounts to a pole out of a foundation or mounts to the existing building. There are no details.

It mounts to the building.

4. Will contractor be able to access the site gate at the contractor’s discretion?

The contractor will only be able to access the site while the RE is there.
