Section B - Supplies or Services/Prices

Section B - Schedule

Annotate your proposed unit and total prices below. Please include the proposed number of training hours for ground school, FTD and flight simulator testing for each course in the blanks under the ‘Description’ column.

NOTE REGARDING CLINS 0003, 0006 AND 0009: Propose a fixed price per hour for ground school, FTD and simulator supplementary training as well as fixed price per hour for an additional instructor. The hours are pre-negotiated in case a student needs additional training hours in order to pass the final flight check, or an additional instructor is needed. The contractor must contact the COR prior to providing the additional hours to discuss the circumstances requiring supplementary hours. The COR then contacts the student’s sponsoring organization to obtain approval for expenditure of additional funds. After the sponsoring organization approves the additional hours, the COR informs the CO who will then finalize the additional hours by issuing a delivery order that reflects the additional negotiated number of supplementary hours.

The hourly rates for CLINS 0003, 0006 and 0009 will be evaluated for price reasonableness.
