Amendment No. 3

To

Solicitation No. 693JK421R500007

“News Clips Services for DOT”

This Amendment No. 3 answers the “second” prospective offeror’s revised-and-clarified version of that firm’s previously-submitted Question 27. That prospective offeror’s revised version of its

Question 27 is as follows:

Reworded for clarity, the question should read: Per the solicitation Scope of Services section, DOT writes

“the contractor should provide integrated Social media management tools: publishing, scheduling content, conversation analysis, and influencer engagement.” this is the only reference to these capabilities, is this a requirement? If so, the ability to publish, schedule content, etc relies on staff logging into to the official DOT social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc) through this integrated platform. In order to better assess this, vendors would need to have a sense of how many accounts DOT manages, or “owns”, on social media that they would need to manage publishing and scheduling content for. If the requirement stands, how many accounts does DOT need to manage for publishing, scheduling content, etc on social media? (Kindly consider the subcomponents of DOT, or modes, if they are to use this system as well.)

And DOT’s answer to that revised Question 27 set forth above is as follows: We have a total of 39 social media accounts Department-wide. Each mode has an average of 3 and there are nine within OST.

We’d need at least 15 seats on social media monitoring suite.

This Amendment No. 3 provides no further answers or clarifications regarding DOT’s subject

“News Clips” Solicitation.
