About this file
This amendment to a request for proposals (RFP) revises the text and corrects the effective date of a previous amendment. The RFP seeks multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for program support and engineering services for the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Bridges and Structures and National Geotechnical Team. Services include research and development, expert task forces, engineering and technical support, guidance development, training, technology exchange, demonstration projects, technical assistance, and conference facilitation. The objective is to support the Geotechnical Engineering Program and National Geotechnical Team. The anticipated contracts would have a five-year ordering period and total ceiling value of $17.5 million to be awarded across all task orders issued against all contracts. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541330 for engineering services.
