QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
693JJ318Q000029
1) Do you have historical pick up for your events? For example with meetings of 175 historically X number of rooms have picked up.
RESPONSE: Please reference the SOW 2. Overview. It states, “135 guest sleeping rooms.” This is based on historical data.
2) For government meal plans… when offering per diem for meals do all 175 people need to eat at the same time, and do they all need to eat in the same room?
RESPONSE: All people would need to eat at the same time. Since there are often lunch time speakers, the attendees would all need to be in the same room/area.
3) Will some people go off property to eat lunch when the hotel is near walkable restaurants?
RESPONSE: No - lunches should be provided onsite and all attendees are expected to participate.
4) How long is the lunch break?
RESPONSE: The exact agenda is still under development, but lunch typically lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
