This is not a synopsis preceding the issuance of a solicitation. Instead, it is market research issued solely for information purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP or Broad Area

The draft Statement of Work (SOW) describes only the current contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for

Consideration will be given to identifying small business concerns, including the sub-categories of SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, and woman owned. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

Your firm’s response regarding your firm’s research capabilities, expertise, and experience directly relevant to the RFI will be used to determine the availability of potential businesses, both large and small, and their capabilities in meeting the Government’s requirement. All information received in response to this RFI marked “Proprietary” will be protected and handled accordingly.
