6) Is a rodent survey required in the IPM?

Response: The USMMA does not require a rodent survey in the IPM.

7) How many emergency requests have been recorded within a 12-month period?

Response: Since the number of emergency requests within a 12-month period is not addressed in the statement of work, this information must be verified with the USMMA point of contact
