Question 3
Do we need to send the 5 paper copies by the due date or can they be mailed for a later date? The e-mailed version will of course be submitted on time.
Answer 3
Paper copies need to be mailed in sufficient time to arrive by the deadline: Noon, March 30th, 2018. Highly recommend overnight or two-day delivery service.
Question 4
Since we are active in SAM and there are no changes do we still need to submit anything else besides our proposal and standard form 1449 with the bid?
Answer 4
As stated in the solicitation, the successful offeror must be registered and current with SAM.gov. All firms submitting quotes, and meeting the requirements of the procurement, will be considered equally.
Question 5
Some of the required tests in the statement of work are contracted out to other firms. Is this acceptable?
