About this file
This amendment modifies the solicitation to revise requirements for government-provided material stockpiles. The Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration seeks bids for a project involving road resurfacing and river work in Flathead County, Montana. Bidders must obtain borrow and recycled aggregate base material for the work prescribed under Section 308 from the mandatory stockpiles at Demers Pit and Gladys Glen Pit, with an estimated 20,500 cubic yards between the two sources combined. Demers Pit material will not be available until July 31, 2023. The amendment revises the requirements to stockpile any remaining excess recycled aggregate base from Demers Pit at Gladys Glen Pit.
