About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Enforcement Support Contract.
The RFI consists of seven questions designed to assess potential contractor capabilities and interest in this opportunity. The EPA seeks to understand whether firms can provide all required work per the draft Statement of Work, and if not, which specific areas they can support. The RFI inquires about contractor experience working with Pacific Island Territories and Indigenous tribes, as well as capacity to provide services nationally across multiple EPA regions. For small business entities, respondents must confirm their ability to meet the subcontracting threshold requirements of FAR Clause 52.219-14. The EPA also requests identification of the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement and solicits feedback on proposed changes to the draft SOW. This RFI serves as a market research tool to evaluate contractor interest, capabilities, and geographic reach prior to formal solicitation.
