About this file
This document is an Addendum Two to the Contract Award Invitation to Bid (ITB) 6744 OF between the State of Nebraska ("State") and Double Barrel Game Farm & Hatchery ("Contractor") for the provision of adult pen-reared rooster pheasants to Nebraska release sites. The addendum addresses several clauses related to the delivery and handling of the pheasants, including procedures for addressing bird mortality during delivery, coordination for site changes due to inclement weather or habitat conditions, and the process for validating the quantity and condition of delivered birds. The addendum also clarifies that the type of transportation used by the Contractor does not dictate the delivery location, as long as the birds safely reach the designated sites.
The contract is for the supply of adult pen-reared rooster pheasants to Nebraska release sites prior to the youth season in late October and Thanksgiving weekend in late November. The contract term and any potential renewal options are not specified in the provided documentation.
