About this file

This document is a Q&A containing questions and government responses related to a Sources Sought Notice for the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) Software Sustainment and Maintenance contract opportunity with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

The Sources Sought Notice indicates that DISA is seeking information from potential sources to sustain the operational legacy JCRM system that supports the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP) and Global Force Management (GFM) Process until the system is modernized and transitioned to the new Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES) system, which is estimated to occur during calendar year 2030. The scope of the effort includes project management and support/maintenance for JCRM only, as JOPES support will no longer be required by the 1st Quarter of Calendar Year 2025. The government has not determined the acquisition method at this time, and the anticipated contract value is unknown. The current incumbent is InterImage, Inc., but the agency is open to placing the requirement in the 8(a) program. Respondents are advised that this is not a solicitation, and no funds are available to pay for preparation of responses.
