Statement of Work (SOW)

621ST CRS

HIGHLINE DOCK INSTALLATION

JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX LAKEHURST

1. General:

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements and specifications for the procurement, installation, and warranty of a High Line Dock for the 621st CRS at JBDML, New Jersey. The purpose of this project is to replace the existing high line dock with an updated model that meets safety standards and enhances operational efficiency.

2. Scope of work:

The vendor will procure the highline dock and provide all necessary hardware, personnel, and equipment for the demolition of the old dock as well as installation of the new dock as well as being held responsible for the proper disposal of all packaging/crating materials and/or other waste generated in the unloading/installation of the new system and removal process of the old system.

3. Requirements:

A. The contractor shall provide a dedicated project manager who will oversee all aspects of the project, including procurement, installation, safety compliance, testing, and commissioning. The project manager will serve as the primary point of contact for communication and issue resolution.

B. Highline Dock Specifications:

a. Dock is required to be 48 – 50 feet in length

b. Capacity:

i. At minimum six (6) pallets

ii. Total load weight- 80,000 pounds

iii. Roller Deck

c. Handrail

d. Galvanized Steel with reinforced structure

C. 1 Year warranty on parts

D. 1 Year warranty on labor

4. Deliverables:

A. Completion of delivery, install, and demolition is expected within 10 weeks after award

B. All work must be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and

4:00 pm. No work will be performed on weekends, federal holidays, JB MDL family days or before/after the hours specified on weekdays unless prior approval is granted
