Solicitation #6205030EQ0001 Daily News Briefing for the US Small Business Administration (SBA) Amendment 0001 ~ Response to Questions from Offerors

1. Does "Print" on page 1 in the summary refer to traditional online stories? Throughout the solicitation, references to online/website articles are made, however, not in this paragraph. If it does not refer to traditional online stories, can you define "Print"? IE scanned articles, text articles, etc.

Print can be defined as online/website articles.

2. Does the listserv equate to the briefing mailing list? If not, can you expand what the listserv is?

No. Since the vendor will not be able to access our SBA distribution list directly the daily product is sent to a select group within the office. The team will then forward internally to the rest of the workforce of approximately 2500 personnel.

3. Daily inflow of stories will vary, however, is there a average number of articles expected to be included on the Daily News Briefing? If it is a heavy news day, is the maximum number of stories to be included?

Understand about the inflow – would expect there to be around 30-40 stories per day (not just SBA specific) with a heavy day not to exceed 50 stories.

4. Is there a list of prioritized publications on a national or local level for stories regarding or related to SBA that should be searched first?
