QUESTIONS – Certificate in Securities and Financial Regulation
Q1: Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past?
If available, please provide the incumbent contract number.
If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government?
A1: Yes, a contractor has performed similar work for the Government in the past. The incumbent’s contract number is SECHQ1-13-D-0022.
Q2: How would we find out if we have CPARS Assessments?
A2: You may log into the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) web site to determine if any assessments have been completed against your contact.
Q3: In a few places it states that the maximum amount for this contract is $1,110,000. For confirmation, does this mean that the total price quote for the entire 5-year contract cannot exceed this amount?
