About this file

This document is an Addendum (#1) to a Request for Proposal (RFP) S-44300-00014966 for a Comprehensive Inventory, Assessment, Financial Analysis, and Report of the State of Oregon's Primary Prevention System. The addendum specifically modifies Section 3.3.1 of the original RFP, focusing on the Project Implementation Plan requirements for potential proposers. The document outlines that proposers must submit a comprehensive implementation management plan not exceeding 8 pages, which describes how they will carry out major project activities and coordinate work, including projected timelines.

The implementation plan must detail how key project personnel will collaborate with state agencies and entities receiving state, federal, and local government funds to gather data and information. Specifically, the proposer must outline their approach to four key activities: inventorying programs, analyzing workforce data, analyzing financing streams, and mapping local sector relationships and capacity. The addendum provides guidance on the structure and content expected in the project implementation plan, ensuring proposers understand the comprehensive approach required for this prevention system assessment.
