About this file

This document is an Addendum to a solicitation for Stenographic Court Reporting and Transcription Services issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Addendum clarifies and amends the original solicitation, including the addition of a revised Attachment E - Best Value Determination Form dated June 1, 2022. The solicitation is seeking services for Lots 1 and 2, with responses due by June 10, 2022 at 4:00pm. The solicitation addresses questions related to eligibility of out-of-state vendors, in-person meetings, performance of tasks outside the USA, submission of proposals via email, small business eligibility, and incumbent vendors. The Commonwealth spends approximately $995,887 per year for these services.

The Addendum provides additional details on the scope of services, including the types of transcripts required (standard, legal, and medical) and delivery methods (electronic, CD/DVD, hand-delivered). The Commonwealth does not have data on the expected volumes or percentages for each service type or delivery method. The solicitation is only open to DGS-Certified Small Businesses, and there are no in-state vendor preferences. Pricing is required to be submitted in accordance with the Statement of Work.
