Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

The contractor bears full responsibility for any government property damage occurring during performance, including the vehicle itself and equipment being installed or removed, except for pre-existing significant damage annotated at delivery. The Contracting Officer Representative will inspect completed work and identify deficiencies; contractors must correct deficiencies on-site when possible or as promptly as practicable. The contractor must provide written warranty on equipment installation and assign an on-site technician for repairs. Warranty response times are coordinated between the COR and contractor, with warranty repairs performed at either the FS location or contractor's facility as mutually agreed. A new 30-day minimum warranty period begins for repaired items. Warranty obligations do not excuse failure to meet contract completion deadlines. The vehicle must be restored to consistent, standardized condition, including proper door, bumper, grille, lights, side airbags, and cab installation, with consistent interior wiring routing throughout.
