The solicitation was advertised on September 30, 2025, and October 7, 2025, with a proposal submission deadline of October 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The district aims to address a shortage of speech language pathologists in the Houston area and ensure compliance with federal and state mandates for speech therapy service time and evaluations.
