This is a fact sheet document for bidders and suppliers participating in OhioBuys, Ohio's cooperative purchasing program. The document provides guidance for organizations seeking to compete for state and local contract opportunities through the OhioBuys platform. The fact sheet outlines the procedural requirements and expectations for suppliers interested in bidding on state purchasing contracts in Ohio, including information on how to navigate the OhioBuys system, registration requirements, and the bidding process. For the specific contract opportunity referenced—a request by Punderson State Park for a Ventrac Compact Tractor to support park and watercraft maintenance operations—interested bidders must familiarize themselves with OhioBuys protocols and submission procedures as detailed in the fact sheet.

The document serves as an informational resource rather than detailing specific pricing structures or contract terms for individual procurements. Suppliers utilizing OhioBuys should review the platform's guidelines regarding bid submission, vendor registration, and compliance requirements. The fact sheet emphasizes the importance of understanding OhioBuys' cooperative purchasing framework, which allows multiple Ohio state agencies and local governments to leverage collective buying power. Prospective bidders for the Punderson State Park tractor procurement should consult the OhioBuys platform directly for specific pricing requirements, bid deadlines, evaluation criteria, and any applicable set-asides or preferences related to this particular acquisition.
