About this file

This is an Acknowledgment of Non-Negotiable Contract Terms document issued by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) in California for the Clinical Review Services contract opportunity. The document requires bidders to acknowledge and accept all standard contract terms and conditions provided in RFP Exhibit B (IEHP Standard Contract Terms) as non-negotiable and without modification. Bidders must execute this acknowledgment and submit it with their quotation or proposal as a condition of participation. Any exceptions, deviations, or clarifications to IEHP's standard contract terms must be submitted at the time of bid submission; failure to do so means those terms will not be subject to negotiation following contract award.

The document establishes a binding commitment from the authorized signatory that the bidding company accepts all standard terms as presented and understands that deviations not raised during the bid submission phase are final and non-negotiable. Execution of this acknowledgment constitutes a declaration under penalty of perjury under California law, and the signatory must certify having authority to bind the company to these terms and conditions.
