About this file
This is a Non-Negotiable Contract Terms acknowledgment document issued by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) in California for a Consent and Preference Management Software procurement. The document serves as a binding declaration that bidders must execute and submit with their quotation or proposal. Bidders are required to acknowledge and accept all standard contract terms and conditions provided by IEHP in RFP Exhibit B without modification. The acknowledgment specifies that any exceptions, deviations, or clarifications to IEHP's standard contract terms must be submitted at the time of bid submission as outlined in the Bidder Acknowledgement Section of the RFP document.
The document establishes that failure to submit exceptions or deviations during the bid submission phase constitutes acceptance of all terms, which will not be subject to negotiation upon contract award. The authorized signatory must declare under penalty of perjury under California law that they have the authority to bind their company to the stated terms and conditions, and must provide their signature, date, city, and state of execution.
