About this file

This is a vendor packet issued by the City of Granbury, Texas Purchasing Department to guide contractors and vendors through the registration and bidding process for municipal contracts. The packet welcomes potential vendors and outlines the City's purchasing procedures, including the competitive bidding requirements and approval processes. The City of Granbury is requesting written quotations from qualified contractors to complete building repairs at the Rock House located at 315 East Bridge Street, Granbury, Texas 76048. The project scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to replace exterior doors and windows and to prepare and paint exterior eaves and soffits. No specific project timeline, site visit date, bidders' conference, or award deadline is specified in the vendor packet.

The City of Granbury's purchasing policy establishes that any order exceeding $3,000 requires a competitive bidding process and purchase order issuance. Purchases greater than $50,000 require additional handling by the Purchasing and Finance department, must be competitively bid with limited exceptions, and require City Council approval before award. Interested vendors must complete and submit the City of Granbury Vendor Application, IRS Form W-9, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and provide documentation of insurance requirements for contractors. Completed forms should be submitted to Christy Russell, Purchasing Manager, via email at crussell@granbury.org or by mail to the City of Granbury Purchasing Department, P.O. Box 969, Granbury, Texas 76048. Contact information for the Finance Director, Eva Gregory, is also provided for additional inquiries.
