About this file
This is Addendum 1, issued May 14, 2026, for the Murray Hill Middle School and River Hill High School Entrance Renovation project in Maryland. The addendum clarifies and modifies requirements for the entrance renovation work at both school facilities. Key modifications include updates to project specifications, scope adjustments, and clarifications regarding contractor responsibilities for the renovation of entrances at these two educational institutions. The addendum addresses specific technical requirements and construction standards that bidders must incorporate into their proposals. Interested parties should review the original solicitation documents in conjunction with this addendum to ensure complete understanding of all project requirements and deliverables.
The addendum does not substantially alter the overall project timeline or financial parameters established in the base solicitation, but serves to refine technical specifications and eliminate ambiguities in the original documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum and confirm compliance with all revised requirements in their bid submissions. All applicable provisions of the original contract opportunity remain in effect unless explicitly modified by this addendum. Prospective bidders should carefully integrate these amendments into their cost estimates and project planning to ensure complete and responsive proposals.
