Questions and Answers (Q&A)- Solicitation N52000QR250019694

1. Could you advise if there is an existing engineering report or load analysis for the pier? If not, would the Coast Guard permit or arrange a load test or structural assessment for this purpose?

· CG is not able to provide a pier load analysis. However, civil engineering staff confirmed all piers were built to a minimum standard of 1200 PSF.

2. Is the specified lift radius measured to the center pin of the crane?

· The specified lift radius is an approximation; exact radius will vary based on CTR’s crane and positioning.

3. Do you have a rigging drawing indicating what rigging will be required? Will riggers be needed for this job? If so, how many are anticipated?

· A rigging drawing is not available, the CTR must determine rigging details

4. What is the expected duration the crane will be required on-site?

· Clarified in SOW revision.
