About this file
This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022 version) required for federal contract submissions under the Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation for Stretcher Transport Replacer equipment (Solicitation Number 36C26226Q1378, VA-26-00080323). The certificate mandates that offerors certify whether each end product supplied is a domestic end product manufactured in the United States, or conversely, identify any foreign end products that do not qualify as domestic products.
Offerors must complete three key sections of the form: list any foreign end products by line-item number and country of origin, indicating whether each exceeds 55 percent domestic content (with an exception for commercially available off-the-shelf items); separately identify domestic end products containing critical components as defined in FAR Part 25; and certify that all unlisted end products are domestic products. The form serves as a compliance mechanism for the Buy American Act requirements, with evaluation conducted according to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures. This is a template form without specific response dates, pricing information, or award terms, as those details are contained in the related solicitation document.
