About this file
This document is a Statewide Contract (Contract 06419) for Encampment Cleanup Services issued by the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES). The contract is awarded to WFS Environmental, a self-certified small business located in Yakima, Washington. The contractor is authorized to provide services across three regions: Western, Central, and Eastern Regions, with service capabilities in both Category 1 and Category 2 for the Eastern Region.
The contract establishes pricing for various job classifications based on prevailing wage rates from the Department of Labor and Industries, using Spokane County as a reference point. For all regions and categories, the contract sets a maximum markup of 125% on base prevailing wages for job roles including general laborers, hazardous waste workers, and dump truck/trailer drivers. The maximum hourly rates are consistent across regions: $150 for project managers, $99.09 for general laborers and hazardous waste workers, and $110.36 for drivers. The contract notes that actual rates may vary by county, and users should consult the most current Labor and Industries wage rate tables. The contract provides a standardized pricing structure for encampment cleanup services across Washington State.
