About this file
This document is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition for data analysis services in support of the Threat Information File (TIF) software. The requirement is for Aries Consulting and Integration LLC, the sole provider of the proprietary TIF data analysis software, to provide on-site data analysis services to inform mission planning decisions for the B-2 enterprise at Whiteman Air Force Base. The contract will have a one-year base period from September 2024 to September 2025 with four one-year option periods, for a total period of performance through September 2029. The contracting officer will determine the pricing to be fair and reasonable by comparing it to similar data analyst positions. No other vendors were found capable of providing the required services without establishing a new TIF system. The sole source contract will be synopsized on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
