About this file
This document is a Requirements Checklist Matrix for an XBRL Subscription Service solicitation issued by the SEC, with solicitation number 50310225Q0089. The checklist requires potential offerors to detail their ability to meet specific requirements across three key areas: Data Access, Functionality, and User and Support. Data Access requirements include providing time series financial data, standardized financial metrics, corrected XBRL tags, parsed footnotes and disclosures, and raw XBRL data. Functionality requirements cover capabilities such as financial data searches, metadata searches, company profile building, targeted searches, comparative analysis, and an Excel add-in for data interaction. User and Support requirements specify initial access for 40 users with optional increases, biannual training, and live web and telephone customer support. Potential vendors must complete the matrix by marking whether they meet or do not meet each listed requirement, with an opportunity to provide additional comments explaining their capabilities.
