About this file
This is a Justification for Sole Source Acquisition document from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a contract with CRISIL IREVNA US LLC. The SEC intends to award a sole source contract for a base year and four option years to obtain online subscription access to proprietary research and data related to market structure and technology. The required services cover multiple financial market domains, including Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Regtech, Fintech, Wealth Management, and market data & analysis.
The document details that CRISIL Coalition Greenwich's Market Structure & Technology platform is the only identified source that can provide the unique ecosystem of live research content, featuring real-time contributions from industry professionals. The platform offers proprietary data solutions through their MarketView platform, providing insights into fixed income markets using interviews and data from regulators, industry, and market participants. The SEC conducted market research and determined that no other research firms can comprehensively meet their specific requirements, justifying the sole source procurement approach.
