SEC Responses to Questions
1) Would you please clarify if you are looking for the solution to provide access to powerpoint from the platform (deck generation) or if having downloadable graphics from the platform to use in powerpoint presentations will suffice?
Downloadable graphics is sufficient for this requirement.
2) For the number of users requested for the option years, is the agency looking for 20 users across the base + 4 option years, or 30 users?
To clarify, the Base Requirement is for 20 users. Additionally, the solicitation includes an Option Quantity term that will permit the SEC to add up to 10 additional users if determined necessary.
Therefore, in the price quote, offerors shall provide pricing for 20 Base users in each contract term, and pricing for up to 10 Optional Quantity users in each contract term. The cumulative number of users that should be quoted for each contract term is 30 users between the Base Requirement (20) and Option Quantity (10).
