Question and Answer for Hoover Subscription Date: September 2, 2020
Q1. In regard to Solicitation 5000085877, Subscription renewal of 25 “seats” for Hoover’s Advantage, we would like to make the IRS aware that we are a large business and to our knowledge, the only business that can provide this solution. Can you clarify whether the government is willing to open this up to allow large businesses to participate? If this remains a small business solicitation will you require a 51% workload from the small business prime?
A1. This is not a small business-only solicitation. It is unrestricted procurement. Given that information, we are open to allowing other than small businesses to participate and we do not require a 51% workload from a small business prime vendor.
