About this file

This is an insurance requirements document related to a Florida county procurement for water fountains at Franklin Park. The solicitation seeks one ADA-compliant chilled water fountain with bottle filler capability and one ADA-compliant drinking fountain, including all necessary installation hardware. No installation services are required; however, all shipping and delivery costs must be included in the unit pricing. The vendor must submit responses electronically through the Bonfire BPRO platform and obtain a submission receipt to confirm timely delivery. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses well in advance of the closing deadline. Questions and clarification requests must be submitted through Bonfire BPRO by the designated questions due date, with the county providing responses through the platform's Messages section.

The document specifies insurance requirements as a condition of contract award and performance. Vendors must ensure compliance with all insurance obligations outlined in the requirements document prior to contract execution. All pricing must be submitted on a unit basis and should account for the complete cost of goods and delivery. The county will not accept solicitation responses submitted through any means other than the Bonfire BPRO system. Vendors experiencing technical difficulties with the electronic submission platform should immediately contact the Purchasing Agent and Bonfire BPRO for technical support to ensure timely compliance with submission deadlines.
