About this file
This is a pricing attachment template document issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) for use in a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Boat Repair and Maintenance Services to be provided to the Detroit Police Department. The RFQ solicits qualified respondents to provide technical or professional services for a contract period of two years. The template is designed for vendors to complete and submit pricing information as part of their proposal response.
The attachment serves as a standardized format for bidders to submit their pricing proposals and may include options for either fixed pricing or hourly rate schedules depending on the buyer's requirements. If hourly rates are requested, vendors must provide a detailed schedule of fees broken down by staff classification, such as senior partners, partners, associates, paralegals, and typists. The document notes that this attachment may not be necessary if the buyer is utilizing a BidTable in Bonfire for price submissions. Specific pricing instructions, response deadlines, and firm pricing durations should be inserted by the contracting officer prior to release to potential bidders.
