About this file

This is a Q&A clarification document for Project 4TX1035, which addresses technical and operational requirements for a lease of office space in Houston, Texas.

The document clarifies that the SIPR room requires approximately 700 BTUs of cooling per hour while the NIPR room needs 5000 BTU. A Contingency Communications Trailer measuring 42ft x 14ft x 14ft with an F-450 size heavy duty truck must be accommodated on-site. The agency's current location cannot be disclosed due to mission confidentiality. The facility will not have routine visitors, only allowing access by appointment, planned site visits, and official events. The document confirms that labor clauses will not be included in the RLP, and specifies that any required antenna must be installed on the roof of the occupied building rather than an adjacent structure.
