Amendment 0001 Changes and Response to Questions

Source Selection Sensitive – See FAR 2.101 and 3.104

The solicitation is amended to change the following:

1) The solicitation body is amended to extend the due date for proposals to May 2, 2022.

Concomitant with that change is an extension to the due date for questions, and a clarification of the timeline for accessing the Draft Questionnaire. Interested parties are encouraged to request access to the questionnaire.

2) Attachment 1 - Statement of Work is amended to address changes to the expected award schedule and contract performance schedule and to clarify the response rate goals in Task 5 – Data

Collection.

3) Attachment 2 - Access Guide to Draft Questionnaire is amended to conform to the clarifications in the solicitation body.

Potential offerors are encouraged to submit questions and request access to the draft questionnaire. The due date of proposals has been extended to permit fuller development of proposals and ensure higher quality technical responses. There are no limitations to offer for this requirement other than those delineated in the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition attached to the original solicitation. Interested Institutes of Higher Education are encouraged to consider submitting a proposal.

Please note that questions will be answered in an anonymized format under an amendment posted publicly, to allow all offerors the opportunity to understand any changes or clarifications.
