About this file
This amendment modifies request for proposal 47QSCC20R0014 to notify prospective offerors that a NAICS code appeal was filed with the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals on July 2, 2020. As a result of the appeal, the proposal due date is stayed until the OHA has an opportunity to consider the merits of the protest and issue a decision. Interested parties may file arguments regarding the appeal by July 21, 2020.
The RFP seeks proposals from contractors to provide overseas logistics operations support within the INDO-PACOM Hawaii region. The selected contractor will be responsible for sourcing, warehousing, and delivering office supplies, tools, hardware, housewares, furniture, and cleaning products to customers within 3 business days of order receipt. The U.S. General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service seeks to utilize a more expedient solution for supplying items to overseas customers within its portfolio.
