About this file
This Sources Sought document (Solicitation 47QMCA26N0016) contains questions and answers regarding a GSA vehicle marshalling facility contract in Arizona. The procurement is for a facility located within 50 miles of Holbrook, AZ, with an expected volume of 50 vehicles annually in Flagstaff. GSA intends to award a blanket purchase agreement with one base year and four option years. Key requirements include the contractor being the owner or legal lessee of the facility, maintaining a full-time business location open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and being available to accept and release vehicles for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
The document addresses several potential vendor questions, clarifying location requirements, contract duration, and operational expectations. Specific responses indicate that a location in Winslow, AZ would be acceptable if within the 50-mile radius, a pending lease agreement is not acceptable, and GSA will not use their existing Marshalling Facility in Gallup, NM for this project. Vendors must be prepared to operate a dedicated facility that meets the specified operational hours and vehicle handling requirements.
