About this file
This Sources Sought document (Solicitation 47QMCA26N0012) outlines GSA's requirements for a marshalling facility near Flagstaff, Arizona. The contract will be a blanket purchase agreement with one base year and four option years, targeting an estimated 100 vehicles annually. Vendors must provide both auction and marshalling services, with a facility located within 50 miles of Flagstaff and open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring at least 30 hours of weekly availability for vehicle acceptance and release.
Key requirements include that the vendor must own or legally lease the facility prior to proposal submission, and partnerships or joint ventures are permitted but must have a Unique Entity Identifier. Auction-only service proposals will not be accepted, and GSA will not consider using their existing Gallup, NM marshalling facility. Potential contractors must be prepared to operate a full-time location that can handle GSA agency customer vehicle transactions, with subcontractors allowed to perform services under the contract.
