About this file
This is a Sources Sought Response Form for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Tankers System Support Program Office (SPO). The form is designed to gather market research on vendor capabilities to support Information Assurance (IA), Mission Assurance (MA), Aerospace Systems (AS), Aerospace Engineering (AE), and Information/Mission Systems Security Improvements for the KC-135 Tanker program, with particular emphasis on Lifecycle Management Process Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE) System Administration. Responses must be submitted via email to alex.budai@gsa.gov by 5:00 p.m. EDT on March 24, 2025. This RFI is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, quotes, or bids; no award will result from this RFI.
The response form requires vendors to provide company information including CAGE code, small business status, socio-economic group classifications, average annual project funding values, and current IDIQ, GWAC, or Schedule vehicles. Vendors must assess their subject matter expertise across fourteen functional areas including strategic planning, airborne systems, DMSMS, ground systems, cybersecurity analysis, and lifecycle management. The form requests documentation of three past performance references within the last five years with annual funded values of $20-$30 million each, prime contractor and teaming partner roles, and company interest in submitting quotes. Additional RFI questions address cloud-based lifecycle management and data integration capabilities, personnel with Top Secret and Yankee White security clearances, experience with AWS GovCloud environments, software development and testing infrastructure, and personnel with minimum ten years of experience in specified technical areas. NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services) and PSC R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical) apply. No set-asides are designated for this opportunity.
