The BPAs will be awarded on a sole source basis to Forgeline Solutions doing business as Lost Arrow and Atlantic Diving Supply. Forgeline Solutions and ADS will provide Forgeline items in accordance with their Federal Supply Schedules, with ADS supplying below minimum order quantities and Forgeline Solutions supplying all other items and orders at or above minimum order quantities.
