The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) anticipates issuing a competitive commercial services solicitation, set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran
Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for a resultant contract with a one-year base period and one, one-year option period on or around June 15. The Small Business size standard is $15 Million and the place of performance will be 1800F Street NW, Washington D.C.
The purpose of the contract is to obtain robust overarching contractor support – office operations and HR support, acquisition management and governance, communications, and data analysis / automation - for managing FEDSIM’s portfolio of client projects, support for FEDSIM’s pre-award and post-award IPT activities, and support for high priority programs and initiatives.
FEDSIM requires support so that it can grow its portfolio of IT and professional services projects and its workforce while maintaining acquisition, financial management, and service quality.
The solicitation and all related documents will be available on FedBizOps at https://www.fbo.gov/. All interested offerors must download documents from this website. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Nothing in this pre-solicitation announcement shall qualify as the actual Request for Proposal
(RFP). The actual RFP will contain current information regarding competition and evaluation factors, etc. Any change to the actual RFP will be by amendment.
